Talk Guidelines:

Standard talks = These are 15 minute long talks, we recommend 12-minutes for presenting your research and 3-minutes for any questions and answers afterwards.

Speed talks = These are 5-minute talks, we recommend being very concise and showing important information. If you'd like to stay on time then consider making 5 slides and spending a minute on each slide (or 10 slides with 30 seconds spent on each).

Poster Guidelines:

For in-person presenters, we will provide poster boards that can hold up to A0 portrait posters, but size A1 is recommended as we acknowledge that printing costs can be high for larger posters. We will provide any push pins or adhesives required.
